Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping Fees

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange a reshipment once any additional shipping fees are covered.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ownwake.com with photos and your order details. We will investigate and make it right.

International Orders & Customs

For international deliveries, import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
