All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if the product cannot be restocked.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional fees are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, products are charged at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

WAKE shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.
