• Wearing a properly fitted, approved personal flotation device (life jacket) at all times while using the product;
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing watercraft use in your area;
• Assessing water and weather conditions before each use and only using the product in suitable, calm conditions;
• Never allowing use by minors without direct and continuous adult supervision.

WAKE products are recreational equipment and are not life-saving devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAKE and Olem Partners LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, use in unsuitable conditions, failure to follow safety instructions, or use outside the product's stated specifications.
